As per the above subject we provide lone for the new comming vanture & also for running industries this loan is not less then $2million USD. Please find hereunder the terms, condition and Procedure for the NRI Loan we also deal in financing instruments like (LC, SBLC, Bank Guarantee) etc....
쨌Letter of Request (on company���s Letter Head).
쨌Proposed Project Detail or Working Project Detail along
with commitment amount $12,000 USD.
쨌15 % of Loan Amount is to be earmarked for this purpose, which will be in your A/c, Due course borrower has to give the dollar conformation to our US office via MT 760 by swift or borrower has to open escrow A/c in U.S.
Park his margin money in to escrow A/c on his own name.
쨌Interest Rate of the Loan about 3% to 4%p.a. i.e. (Libor + 150 basis point (100 basis point = 1%) i.e. 4% p.a.)
쨌Loan Duration is Maximum 10 Years.
쨌RBI Clearance is required to get the remittance in India.
쨌Hazing Charges near about 1% paid by the borrower in India.
쨌Interest paid end of every year.
쨌Moratorium Period depends on the Project. It will be decide by Lender on the study of the project.
쨌Legal Agreement signed either India or U.S. If U.S. than To & Fro Fare to be arranged by Borrower for one person of the Company.
쨌Total Service & Processing Charges 3% of Face value.
쨌All project are welcome but it should be legal by the low of land.
